What's the Magic Exercise?

Overeaters search for the perfect eating plan or the magic exercise to aide in weight loss.

Well, I have the magic exercise.

For me, it’s dancing.

For my Weight Watcher friend, Kay, it’s walking on a nearby high school track.

For my Bible study friends, Diane and Tara, it's Crossfit and marathons, respectively.

For an online friend, Penny, it’s sumo squats.

In other words, it’s whatever you enjoy and will continue to do because you like it and like the people you do it with.

Does that mean you won’t have moments of failure? No, you probably will. It’s then that your attitude will make the difference.

Timely tips:

Don’t give up.

Look at your stumble as a new dance step.

Find the humor.

Count only what you did right.

Reward yourself for small goals. (Like dancing to fast songs picked out by someone fifty years younger than yourself. Ha!)

At Red River, NM. Hey, I tried!

Any exercise that you enjoy will be magical, and the right attitude works wonders.
