Who is Janet and Where can you contact her?

I'm a Texas girl, born in Dallas, now live in Wichita Falls. My 3 perfect grandchildren tagged me as  "a real cool Mimi," a title I wear with pride. My hubby and I still carry on a hot romance after many years of marriage. When he enters the room, my heart goes pitter-patter. 3 precious daughters & 2 wonderful sons-in-law complete my treasure chest of close family. Some say I just can't make up my mind what I like to write, but I say I have diversified tastes. I also foster a penchant for ghosts. I know, I'm crazy like that.

My first novel, an inspirational, paranormal young adult, Victoria and the Ghost released July, 2012 by 4RV Publishing LLC. The sequel, A Ghost for Shelley will be out soon.

Pen-L Publishing released my first non-fiction in December, 2012. Divine Dining 365 devotions to Guide You to Healthier Weight and Abundant Wellness. It is taken from my own journals and memories, since I'm a recovering binge eater that dealt with roller-coaster emotions until God healed me nineteen years ago.

Okay, you're right, I can't seem to settle on 1 genre. Pen-L Publishing released my first women's fiction, Worth Her Weight, book 1 of the Wharton Rock series  in November, 2014. Here's what it's about:

How can a woman who gives to everyone but herself accept God's healing and find true love when she believes she's fat, unworthy, and unfixable?

On Sept. 1, 2016, Book 2 of Wharton Rock series released, Worth Forgiving. Here's what it's about:

Prejudice and mistrust hinders an ex-con, drug addict’s new beginning. Could it be that she's not Worth Forgiving?

I enjoy traveling with my husband, Charles, in our travel trailer and line dancing with a group of friends, along with reading, of course. My greatest joy in writing has been all the new friends I would've never met without it.

Thanks for stopping by. Come visit me again. I post every Wednesday & Saturday, I post devotions and thoughts that I hope will help and inspire. I also love interviewing authors and telling about new quality books coming out.

I love to hear from readers. Find me on Facebook as Janet K. Brown, Author, and on Twitter (@janetkbrowntx), or e-mail me at Janet.hope@att.net

I was recently on a Christian radio station Lit(erally) Speaking on "The Road Less Traveled" with Patti Shene talking about food addiction, fitness, and God's viewpoint on it. You can listen to it here:
